This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) sets the terms and conditions under which Anna Lebedeva Photography (“Provider, ” “we, ” “us”) offers photography services to clients (“Client, ” “you”). By booking a session, submitting a form, or making a payment, you accept the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

We offer photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

• Mini sessions
• Family photoshoots
• Creative content, collage-making, lifestyle portraits
• Reels and video content creation
• Retouched images and color-corrected photos
• Digital delivery of final images and videos

The exact scope of your session will be described in the service description or booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as indicated for each service).
• Payments are accepted online through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made later than 48 hours may result in loss of deposit or session fee.

If the provider must reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies, you will be offered a new date or a refund if no suitable time is available.

4. Refund Policy

• Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds for canceled sessions (if eligible) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Digital products and delivered photos cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for the photoshoot
• Follow instructions to ensure a safe and effective session
• Supervise children at all times
• Treat the photographer with respect

We reserve the right to end a session early or refuse service if behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive.

6. Photographer’s Rights

We may refuse or discontinue services to any client who:

• Violates the terms of this Agreement
• Behaves in a threatening, disrespectful, or unsafe manner
• Misrepresents information or engages in fraudulent activity

We may terminate the session without refund if safety or professional boundaries are compromised.

7. Delivery of Photos

• Retouched images and color-corrected photos are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified during booking.
• The number of photos included depends on the selected package.
• Raw (unedited) files are not provided unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Copyright and Usage

All photos remain the intellectual property of Anna Lebedeva Photography.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share images.

Commercial use, resale, or editing by third-party retouchers requires written permission.

9. Model Release (Optional Clause)

By participating in a photoshoot, you grant permission for your images to be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

If you prefer not to have your images used, simply inform us via email.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Weather conditions
• Lost or delayed email delivery
• Technical issues with download platforms
• Client’s dissatisfaction with appearance, clothing, or makeup
• Delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
